Refund and Returns Policy

At FastBrew, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be accepted.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.

For non-perishable merchandise, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If an exchange is approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
